Unpaid Intern — Full Brief

Overview

This internship is for emerging operators, creatives, and builders who want to learn by doing. You'll work directly on active GRG initiatives with broad responsibility and very little hand-holding. You will be trusted, challenged, and occasionally confused by institutional priorities. This is normal.

What You'll Do

  • Turn rough ideas into finished deliverables
  • Support content, campaign, and operations workflows
  • Keep trackers, docs, and internal systems clean
  • Flag risks before they become disasters
  • Help execute launches, experiments, and weird special projects
  • Attend meetings and understand why some of them exist

What We're Looking For

  • No formal experience required — beginner-friendly
  • Clear communicator with good follow-through
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Curious, coachable, and able to self-manage
  • Bonus: design, audio, coding, automation, or research skills
  • Meme literacy considered favourably

What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)

  • You've shipped at least 2 useful deliverables
  • You've improved at least 1 existing process
  • You can run a small task independently, end-to-end
  • You understand the GRG operating style and can keep up
